Priscilla Bella handles all the logistics—kick-off call, permits, floral orders, and officiant scheduling—to ensure a seamless experience. We provide a detailed itinerary so you know exactly where to be.

In most cases, to keep things intimate, Michelle Chan will be your sole on-site lead. She will guide you through the ceremony and portraits. However, if you have many guests and add-ons, a Priscilla Bella coordinator will be on-site to assist with the day-of coordination.

We take pride in exclusively offering locally handmade lei to support our community and ensure the highest quality. You may mix and match two (2) lei from the following:

Your lei and any add-ons will be delivered and set up for you at the ceremony site.

For the Inner Circle package, seating is not provided. We suggest informing your guests so they can plan for a short, standing ceremony.
