MAUI LUXURY ELOPEMENTS
All-inclusive Hawaiʻi elopement packages — luxurious, low-stress, and beautifully handled.
As your Maui elopement planner, we make a Hawaiʻi elopement effortless. We pull the permits, secure the marriage license, book the officiant, arrange your lei, and photograph it all — so the two of you can simply be present. However you picture the day — a barefoot sunrise on the sand, a small, intimate ceremony in a garden or at a cliffside lookout, or a quiet exchange with no guests at all — we build it around the moment and capture every second.

Who Needs an Maui Elopement Planner?
Almost any couple marrying in Hawaiʻi — whether you’re flying in or live just down the road. We especially love planning for:
Who this is perfect for
Off-island & visiting couples
For couples who can’t scout a location or judge the light before they arrive.
Local couples
For couples who know the island, but not the permit, insurance, and license paperwork.
Military couples
For couples stationed at Pearl Harbor, Hickam, Schofield, or Kāneʻohe, often planning around a tight deployment or PCS window.
Last-minute & short-trip couples
For couples who land days before and need every detail handled.
Privacy seekers
For couples who want a quiet, beautiful spot away from the crowds.
Vow-renewal couples
For couples returning for an anniversary — our full experience, without the license step.
Why a planner matters more here than almost anywhere
Permits and insurance, sorted
Most public ceremony spots — beaches, parks, and lookouts — need a state or county permit and liability coverage. We file the paperwork so nothing stalls your day.
Leave-no-trace know-how
Many public spots limit arches, chairs, and amplified sound and cap guest counts. We design a day that’s beautiful and within the rules.
Timing that doesn’t collide
The license has a short window and both of you must appear in person. We line that up around your ceremony date.
The right spot at the right hour
A location that’s perfect at dawn can be packed and harsh by midday. Local knowledge puts you in the right place at the right light.
How to Get Married in Hawaiʻi
The marriage license itself is refreshingly simple: apply online, pay $65, with no residency requirement, no waiting period, and no witnesses. Both partners do need to appear in person before a license agent, and the license is valid for 30 days — so timing matters. The part most couples underestimate is the location. A ceremony on a public beach or in a state park counts as commercial activity and usually requires a permit plus $1M liability insurance, even for a small, private ceremony. We sort out the right permit for your spot, line up your license appointment, and design a day that’s beautiful, compliant, and respectful of the ʻāina.

Priscilla Bella handles all the logistics—kick-off call, permits, floral orders, and officiant scheduling—to ensure a seamless experience. We provide a detailed itinerary so you know exactly where to be.
-
In most cases, to keep things intimate, Michelle Chan will be your sole on-site lead. She will guide you through the ceremony and portraits. However, if you have many guests and add-ons, a Priscilla Bella coordinator will be on-site to assist with the day-of coordination.
-
We take pride in exclusively offering locally handmade lei to support our community and ensure the highest quality. You may mix and match two (2) lei from the following:
Floral Neck Lei
Lei Po‘o (Floral crown)
Ti Leaf Maile-style Lei (Open-ended greenery)
-
Your lei and any add-ons will be delivered and set up for you at the ceremony site.
-
For the Inner Circle package, seating is not provided. We suggest informing your guests so they can plan for a short, standing ceremony.
-
Definitely! Priscilla Bella can curate your Hawai’i stay or honeymoon as an add-on.
-
Simply fill out the Contact form to confirm availability for your preferred date. To officially secure your spot on our calendar, we require a signed agreement and a 50% non-refundable retainer.
-
Not quite. An elopement is usually just the two of you (our Just Us Two), while a micro wedding is a small, intimate ceremony with a handful of guests (our Inner Circle, up to 20). We plan both!
-
Our all-inclusive Maui elopement packages start at $2,400 — everything in the Just Us Two package is included, with no surprise vendor fees to chase down.
-
Almost always. An elopement skips the large venue, catering, and guest list, so you spend on the experience and the photos instead of the logistics.
-
Usually, yes — and we take care of it. Maui requires a permit and liability insurance for nearly any ceremony on a public beach or park, even an elopement, so you never have to deal with the state yourself.
-
The license is easy; everything around it isn’t. Permits, insurance, leave-no-trace rules, tides, and timing are where a local planner earns their keep — and where going it alone risks fines or a ceremony shut down on the spot.
-
Yes — it’s our full elopement experience without the marriage-license step, perfect for an anniversary trip back home or to our islands.
